3. Use of the website
You may use this website to obtain information about Australia and our tours for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code or copy its content in bulk. We may update, suspend or withdraw the website, in whole or in part, at any time. The website contains no user accounts, forms or online payment functions.
4. Information accuracy and prices
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but itineraries, inclusions and opening times of attractions can change. Travel tips are general information, not legal, medical or official advice.
- All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) per person.
- Prices are "from" prices, normally based on two people sharing and the lowest available season.
- All tours are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- International flights, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated.
- The binding price is the one stated in your written proposal and booking confirmation.
5. Bookings and contracts
Bookings are made by email or telephone. After you contact us, we send you a written proposal with the itinerary, inclusions, price and the pre-contractual information required by law. A contract is concluded when you accept the proposal, pay the deposit and we send you a written booking confirmation. The person making the booking confirms that they are at least 18 years old and authorised to accept these terms on behalf of all travellers named on the booking.
6. Deposits and payments
- A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is payable when you confirm your booking.
- The balance is due 60 days before departure.
- For bookings made less than 60 days before departure, the full price is payable at once.
- Payment methods and the exact due date are stated in your booking confirmation.
If the balance is not received on time, we will remind you; if it remains unpaid, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you and apply the charges in section 7.
7. Cancellation by you
You may cancel your booking at any time before departure by notifying us in writing (email is sufficient). The following cancellation charges apply, calculated from the day we receive your notice:
| Notice received before departure | Cancellation charge |
|---|---|
| 60 days or more | Loss of the deposit (25% of the tour price) |
| 59 to 30 days | 50% of the tour price |
| 29 to 15 days | 75% of the tour price |
| 14 days or less, or no-show | 100% of the tour price |
Where a supplier applies stricter conditions (for example non-refundable airfares), we will tell you before you book and those conditions will be shown in your confirmation. You may also transfer your booking to another person who meets all the conditions of the tour by giving us reasonable notice before departure; any additional costs of the transfer are payable. In accordance with applicable law, you may cancel without a fee if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination significantly affect the tour.
8. Changes and cancellation by us
Occasionally we may need to change a tour, for example because of weather, park closures or supplier changes. Minor changes – such as replacing a hotel with one of a similar standard – may be made without compensation, and we will inform you as soon as possible. If we must make a significant change or cancel the tour, we will offer you the choice of accepting the change, taking an alternative tour or receiving a full refund of all amounts paid, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days. Where the law provides for compensation, you will receive it.
9. Travel documents and health
We provide general information, but entry rules change and depend on your nationality. Please check current entry requirements with the official authorities before you travel and follow health advice from your doctor or official health authorities. We are not liable for costs arising from refused entry, missing documents or failure to meet health or customs rules.
10. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that every traveller takes out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of paying the deposit, covering cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, repatriation, baggage and any activities you plan to do. Insurance is your own responsibility and is not included in our prices.
11. Liability
We are responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in your contract, as provided by applicable law. We are not liable where a failure is attributable to you, to a third party unconnected with the services, or to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances (such as natural disasters, extreme weather or official travel restrictions). To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damage other than personal injury or damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence is limited to three times the total tour price. Liability of transport providers may be further limited by international conventions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not liable for the content of the website being temporarily unavailable or for decisions made solely on the basis of general information on the website.
12. Intellectual property

You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content commercially without prior written permission, except for brief quotations with a link to the source.
13. Links to other websites
Where this website links to external websites, such as official government sources, those links are provided for convenience. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it or for their privacy practices.
14. Governing law and consumer rights
These terms and any contract concluded with us are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law, including the courts of your place of residence where you are a consumer, may hear disputes.
Where a tour qualifies as a package travel arrangement, you benefit from the rights granted under EU Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel and linked travel arrangements, as implemented in Polish law. These include receiving key information before booking, the right to transfer the booking, protection against unjustified price increases, the right to terminate without a fee in exceptional circumstances, and insolvency protection where required. The standard information form relevant to your booking will be provided with your proposal.
15. Complaints
If something is not as agreed during your tour, please tell the supplier and contact us immediately so that we can try to resolve the problem on the spot. Any complaint may be sent by email to [email protected], ideally within 30 days of your return, describing the issue and what you expect. We aim to respond within 14 days. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example via a local consumer ombudsman or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) in Poland.
