The Ultimate East Coast Explorer
Sydney's icons, a full day on the Great Barrier Reef and nights in the ancient Daintree Rainforest – the classic Australian journey in one 14-day trip.

Who we are
We plan Australian journeys the way we would want to travel ourselves: unhurried, well informed and respectful of the land and its people.

Australia is almost as large as continental Europe, and that is exactly why so many first trips go wrong: too many flights, too little time, and the best experiences booked out months ahead. Wonderful Australia was set up to solve that problem. We focus on a single destination, so every itinerary we sell is one we understand in detail – from the drive times on the Great Ocean Road to the best month for the Ningaloo Reef.
Our mission is simple: help you see the real Australia without the stress of planning it alone. That means honest advice on when to go, realistic pacing, carefully chosen places to stay and a person to call if anything changes while you are on the road.
Four things we refuse to compromise on, whichever tour you choose.
We do not sell the whole world. Concentrating on one country lets us know the seasons, distances and local quirks that generic booking sites miss.
Our itineraries leave room to breathe. We avoid back-to-back early flights and build in time to enjoy a place rather than just tick it off.
Every signature tour is a starting point. Add nights, upgrade a hotel or combine two regions – we adjust the plan and the price transparently.
Once you travel, you have a direct line to our team by phone or email. If a flight is cancelled or the weather turns, we help you re-plan.

Planning with us is a conversation, not a checkout page. Here is what happens once you get in touch.
Tell us by email or phone when you want to travel, who is coming, your budget and what excites you – reef, outback, wine, wildlife or cities.
We send a day-by-day plan based on one of our signature tours or a combination, with accommodation, inclusions and a clear price in USD per person.
When you are happy, a 25% deposit secures your arrangements and the balance is due 60 days before departure. Full details are in our Terms of Use.
You receive final documents and local contacts before you fly. While you travel, our team is reachable around the clock for changes or emergencies.
After your trip we ask what worked and what did not. Your feedback shapes the next version of every itinerary.
Every figure below comes straight from our current tour catalogue.

Australia's landscapes are fragile and many of its most famous sites are Country to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We think travellers have a responsibility to tread lightly – and that doing so makes the trip better.
We follow park rules and cultural protocols, such as respecting the wishes of the Anangu at Uluru, and favour eco-lodges and operators that manage their environmental impact.
When a choice exists, we recommend cultural tours and centres owned or led by First Nations people, so more of your money stays with the communities whose stories you hear.
Guided departures are kept small – our wildlife tour has a maximum of 12 guests – which means quieter encounters with animals and more time with your guide.
Independent travel suits some people perfectly. Here is an honest look at the difference.
